  Went there to check the sizes of white lovely t-shirts. As I walked in all the staff were on their phones and just the security guy welcomed us! I knew the layout if the store so headed straight up. I went to the balcony to call my hubby, as I had found what I was looking for. The assistant Hannah came up saying that the balcony is for private appointment clients... Is there a sign I asked? 🤔 No It should be locked. My reply well if you were off your phone then you would have cone up and helped me. This didn't happen, you didn't do your job but you are having a frinze with me. Get your Head out of your phone and do the job you are employed to do. I walked out as there was no service and I wasn't happy giving her the sale. I'm afraid this store is the worse on this road!!! She lost out and I will not go there again. You are working g for a Prestige brand have respect and be professional! Very disappointing.

  Went in with my wife, not intending to buy anything for myself, but wound up purchasing a bottle of The One cologne. The sales person, Elaine I believe, was outstanding. I heard staff in Rodeo Drive shops could be snobbish or off putting, but that was not the case at all. Very friendly, warm, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. It was a great experience.

  Gostei muito dessa loja, comprei looks maravilhosos , sou turista brasileira e fui muito bem tratada pelos funcionários. Com toda certeza retornarei em breve
