  Donovan from the Dallas, Texas location was working in the Beverly Hills store for the day and he was extremely accommodating and helpful. He has exceptional taste and his customer service exceeded my expectations. So welcoming and kind. I can't thank him enough for his help today.

  I don’t know what else to do besides come to Google since no one is helping me. My wonderful brand ambassador Dani helped me selected a beautiful, limited stock hoop earring to send to me in Seattle. We selected the exact one I needed via text and she sent me a payment link and I purchased the item. That was three days ago and these items are usually overnighted. However my order, while paid for, still says in process for the shipping. The is no tracking information. My understanding is that someone from that same store that is in customer care or shipping should have reached out to me to finalize things but they haven’t. So idk what to do but I’m hoping the right person from this store will be able to reach out to me asap. I don’t even have a tracking number and I should. Please contact me if you see this.

  I purchased an earring directly through a brand ambassador at this store after she sent me photos and videos and helped me select the exact earring I wanted. Several days have now passed since the purchase, and the order is still showing as processing with no tracking information. During that time, I have made multiple attempts to get an update and, most importantly, confirmation that the exact earring I selected is the one that was packaged and is being sent to me. I still have not been able to get that confirmation. I was also told that customer care would contact me to assist, but despite waiting and following up, no one has reached out. I have continued trying to connect with someone who can help, without success. For a purchase made directly through a store where a specific individual piece was selected, I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect confirmation that the correct item is being sent and timely communication about its shipment. At this point, I am simply asking for someone from the store or customer care to contact me, confirm that the exact earring I selected is the one being shipped, and provide a clear update on when it will actually be sent and when I can expect tracking information. I would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to have this resolved promptly and positively. Update- the item was cancelled abruptly. Which makes no sense. The item was in stock and I purchased a specific piece. The piece should have been shipped to me directly. Instead it was cancelled on me for no reason. My sales associate did not contact me. No one from the store returned or answered my calls. Unfortunately my experience with the company this week continues to be so bad that I feel awful about myself like I’m somehow beneath them and undeserving of direct communication, straight answers and respect.

  David Yurman Beverly Hills is a great store, mainly based on its wonderful staff. I ambled in there wanting a sterling silver pinky ring for my freshly squeezed boyfriend, knowing that paying retail is really not my jam. I was met with Dani, the ultra nice, professional and savvy sales associate, who was extremely accommodating and helped choose the best option. Everything, from the offer of water bottle, to the ending with the gift receipt and the beautiful box wrap, was wonderful. We "borrowed" another male sales associate's hand to try rings, and lo and behold, they had the size and style that ended up being perfect. The price was not an arm and a leg (pun intended), and the experience was so nice, thanks to Dani. Yes five stars all the way!
