This store has the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. There is an entire TikTok thread about how Rodeo has the worst associates and people will leave because they refuse to give a rude associate commission. Why are they such snobs at this store? I called to ask about a shoe and the “manager” at this store hung up on me. I have over 20 pairs of Louboutins and I have never had service like I did at this location before. They seriously need to restaff.
Christian Louboutin on Rodeo Drive delivers a truly exceptional luxury shopping experience. From the moment you walk through the door, you're welcomed by a professional, attentive, and knowledgeable team that makes you feel valued without ever being pushy.
The boutique itself is beautifully designed, showcasing the iconic red-soled shoes and accessories in an elegant setting. The selection is impressive, and the staff takes the time to help you find the perfect style, fit, and color for any occasion.
What stands out most is the level of customer service. Every interaction feels personalized, and the team goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Whether you're purchasing your first pair of Louboutins or adding to a collection, shopping here feels special from start to finish.
For luxury fashion, outstanding service, and a world-class retail experience, Christian Louboutin Rodeo Drive earns five stars. Highly recommended for anyone looking to treat themselves to something truly iconic.

This was my first time visiting this store, and it was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had—especially for a luxury brand like Christian Louboutin.
I had been searching for the perfect wedding shoes and finally found my dream pair of red bottoms. There was only one pair left, and it was at this location. I called ahead, spoke with someone, and had them placed on hold under my name. I confirmed my arrival time the next day and drove four hours to pick them up.
When I got there, I explained I had a pair on hold, but the floor manager insisted no one had spoken to me and nothing was set aside. After some confusion, he brought out the wrong pair. I had to repeat myself again before he finally returned—about 10 minutes later—with the correct shoes.
At that point, I was excited… until I noticed the sole was already lifting. When I pointed it out, I was casually told, “you can just glue it down,” as if that’s acceptable for a $1,000 luxury shoe. I felt completely dismissed.
Unfortunately, it got worse once I got home. When I removed the red protective film, it left behind a sticky residue, and underneath there was a chunk missing from the sole.
For a brand known for quality and craftsmanship, this experience was incredibly disappointing. Between the poor customer service and the damaged product, this fell far below what you’d expect from a luxury purchase—especially for something as important as wedding shoes.
