They don’t know my wallet and they acted as if I wanted to steal the cheapest shoe in the store. They completed ignored us after being in the queue and didn’t offer a water or anything. We asked if they have a shoe I was looking for and she didn’t even care to show me any other option.

Only thing I heard him saying was WE DON'T HAVE THIS at this time...I asked him about so many different bags but i was getting the same answer...I literally wasted my time with him..never going back to Beverly hills location.
