- SKSuah Kim1 day ago5.0Amazing experience at this location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. You have to enter through the back, and scan a qr code for a spot in line. Thankfully I only had to wait about 5 mins, despite it being a busy weekend. I bought a slim vanity bag, which I’ve been trying to find for over a year. I got lucky cause they just came back in stock. Will be back soon!

He is an amazing sale associate who was super nice to my boyfriend and I. We had a pleasant time really love the bag too they luckily had plenty of stock when I went on a Monday.

If I remember correctly, after waiting an hour in a queue, I was set up with the most passive aggressive SA Patrick. Trying to gatekeep the products and not even willing to look at your customers while speaking is not how you make commission. If I didn’t know any better, I would think I was the one bothering him. These minimum wage workers have no right being judgy and defending a brand as if they are making any impact on the fashion house. Unacceptable. Take your money to a different boutique that actually appreciates your time

Alma helped me about my purchases and I asked her about some items and she showed me everything that I was looking for. They have a Chanel beauty too and the girl who worked there is so nice and friendly. Everything was wonderful and I love it.
