  Customer service here is on Point. Like ridiculously overly helpful and nice. Coming from London, I’m not used to the customer service being this good.. in the future, I will need them to be mean to me so I feel at home

  ALO charges premium prices but delivers discount-store service at this location. The staff stands around talking to each other while customers are left waiting for help. Nobody seems to know what was going on. They lost my pickup order. Instead of fixing their mistake, I had to place a second order and wait over a week for a refund. A problem they created became my problem. The store manager, Avril, was completely ineffective in resolving the situation. No ownership, no urgency, no solution. If a company can’t handle something as basic as a pickup order, it has much bigger operational problems. I won’t be back.
