  I regret my purchase and my experience was utterly ridiculous. No sales people ever asked to help me ( keep in mind I am good looking) and how sad that it would even matter! The sales girls are useless and not helpful and uppity. I’m spending all this money for crap material, please at the very least ask me if I need help! The staff kills it for me and so do the Tik toker type of individuals that shop here. I’m a business professional and the vibe is not my thing!

  ALO charges premium prices but delivers discount-store service at this location. The staff stands around talking to each other while customers are left waiting for help. Nobody seems to know what was going on. They lost my pickup order. Instead of fixing their mistake, I had to place a second order and wait over a week for a refund. A problem they created became my problem. The store manager, Avril, was completely ineffective in resolving the situation. No ownership, no urgency, no solution. If a company can’t handle something as basic as a pickup order, it has much bigger operational problems. I won’t be back.

  The service was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Everyone who helped us was so kind, attentive, and professional, and the entire experience felt truly VIP. A special thank you to Mark at the register— he was incredibly nice and went above and beyond for us. He even arranged to have an item shipped to my home free of charge, which was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made the experience even more special. Throughout the fitting and shopping process, the team constantly checked on us, brought every size and item we needed, and made everything feel effortless and luxurious. You could really feel how much they care about customer experience and making people feel comfortable and taken care of. And the Alo Yoga colors right now are absolutely stunning. The new pink shade is gorgeous, soft, and flattering, and the blue collection is WOW, seriously one of the prettiest color collections I’ve seen in a long time. Everything looked so stylish, fresh, and high quality. The whole store had such a beautiful atmosphere and energy. Definitely one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had.
