- SOShay OMar 5, 20225.0Excellent customer service, and they had the same pair of Maui Jims that were stolen from my car...degenerates! I had tried a few stores, including Maui Jim's site, without success. I have a very slender face, so it's hard to find the right ones. Robert, the sales rep, was very honest about what fit my face and what didn't. Between him and my sister, we found "The Pair." I've had Maui Jims for about 15-20 years; they hold up wonderfully, and I'll NEVER switch brands. If I come into a few extra hundred $, I'll get another on standby! Thank you, Sunglass Hut and Robert, and his two female coworkers. I didn't get their names, but they were very helpful; they all went beyond! Needless to say, I'll go back.
