Victoria made our experience truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. She took the time to understand what my wife and I were looking for and gave us thoughtful, honest advice that made choosing outfits easy and enjoyable.
What really stood out was how genuine she was—she didn’t just help us find clothes, she helped us feel confident in what we chose. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond the way she did.
We’ll definitely be coming back, and a big reason for that is Victoria. Highly recommend asking for her if you want a great experience!

I visited a Lululemon store today to exchange a gift. After browsing for a while, I didn’t find anything I liked and decided I’d prefer to come back another time, so I asked for a gift card (store credit). Unfortunately, my experience with one of the employees, Marissa, was frustrating. She told me I couldn’t receive a gift card. When I pointed out that my receipt indicated I could exchange it for store credit, she told me to “check the policy” myself but refused to show it to me. I looked it up on the website while in the store and it was clearly stating that I can exchange with gift card. I spoke with another cashier and without any hesitation, they processed the return and issued me a gift card right away.
This inconsistency was disappointing. The first employee Marissa was unhelpful, unprofessional, and provided incorrect information. I expect better customer service and clearer knowledge of store policies.

I love this brand but would rather stick to ordering online as there is no sense of customer service here. I walked in looking for something specific and was not greeted or even acknowledged. After a while of standing and walking around looking as confused as I could, I walked up to an associate who was writing something down. I stood them for a moment and cleared my throat, she never looked up and the lady and gentleman at the register did not bother to even check to see what I needed. My sale would’ve been a slam dunk, I wanted to be in and out. Unfortunately I had to ask if they had a specific color. I just waited for my app to finally load up to confirm they did not have the color I needed. I won’t give this store my money again. Just shop online- their selection is horrible anyway.

My wife and I go here often to seek out deals and discounts. We don't find tons of those, but the associates are always kind and knowledgeable. We were especially impressed when they gave my toddler some coloring books in the stroller while my wife was trying on different outfits. They were so kind to our kids. Thanks!

Honestly, I think the one who helped me got a little nervous with the way I was asking for things. I’m pretty sure she was new though, so it’s all good. Plus, I explained myself terribly anyway lol. One thing for sure, you could totally tell she trains seriously at the gym. Hopefully things go well for her and the store manager gives her a raise, because she clearly puts a lot of effort into it — and yeah, she was really pretty too not gonna lie.
