- JGJoe Gaona3 days ago1.01 Star – Terrible Customer Service in Women's Shoes. I have visited the JCPenney at Valley Plaza Mall in Bakersfield multiple times, and the customer service is consistently disappointing. During my visit today in the women’s shoe department, an associate was called to help, but no one ever showed up. This happens every single time I shop here—associates are paged, but no one bothers to show up or check in. Waiting around with zero assistance is incredibly frustrating. Store management urgently needs to address associate responsiveness and staffing in this department.
- AAAlirezaSep 19, 20261.0Once a blue moon is am shopping from mall. I walked to join Penny to buy a t shirt while I was looking what to buy i noticed the cashier keeping me a kind of suspicious look as if I am up to something like stealing!!!however I did my shopping and Once for everything from that store that department. I recommend better training for employees.

- MBMs BCAug 18, 20265.0Great selection of curtains. On sale during Back-To-School days. I bought the 3rd option. No shine, casual, organic-modern.
- DADora AriasAug 7, 20261.0Don’t come to the salon! They’re a joke! They don’t specify online what kind of hair cuts the boys are allowed for the back to school special and then I’m waiting 30min for one of my kids to get called back! When I checked in my two boys in, they said nothing about having to reschedule because they over booked! I will NEVER come back here again! I’m pretty sure my son’s hair cut is not going to look good
