  Came in today 6/13/26 with the intention on looking for a nice crossbody... was not welcomed when we walked in.. the place was not busy at all.. maybe 4 people in the store... walked and looked at purses... then i saw people walk in and a women older with glasses welcomed and explained the sale that was going on to the people... i was like.. ok... we just continued looking... i was going from shelf to shelf trying to make a decision... wales to the back of the store and was still ignored... as the same older women was like a peraonal shopper to the people that just walked in... we walked to the front of the store as i was gunna grab a purse that i decided on.. was walking to it and a young girl with long hair was standing against the wall..we made eye contact and i expected a acknowledgement or something, but to my surprise she ignored us and looked away.. not even a smile... so we decided to leave even tho i wanted that purse... Walked to Kate Spade and was treated soooo much better.... i am so disappointed.... i love Michael Kors... as I have over 20 purses and wallets.... but the employees made me feel so unwelcomed.... Please do better!!!

  Employees do not make you feel welcome. I asked the price for 2 bags because they did not have a price on the shelve, before telling me the price manager asked if i was going to buy anything. She gives you the look of are you going to buy anything if not leave. She probably needs to be reminded that she is an employee in a retail store and her job is to assist customers. She is more worried about her looks and being on her phone than helping customers. What a great example the manager is for the rest of the employees. I saw other reviews and a lot of costumers had similar experiences with her. Store is fill with awesome deal, sucks you cant shop in peace!!!

  Las empleadas fueron muy sangronas eran 2 muchachas pero me miraron como si no podía comprarme una cartera de ahí la verdad esta 3ra vez que boy pero esta vez si me decepcione muchísimo Creo que buscaré otra tienda porque ahí me desanimaron mucho.
