Ended up buying two pairs of boots and will be back in a few days for more. I typically go online and/or BB, Emporium and a few other stores in the SFV. This location is kind of out of the way but customer service goes a long way. Top-notch purchases today, thanks Jenn and Tejon Ariat. Semper Fi!

Ruben was super knowledgeable about the jacket I was looking at and really sold me on the quality of the jacket! And Sam went above and beyond to let me know any store promotions without any pressure to buy anything. Loved it and ended up purchasing my first Ariat jacket. It matches my maleta! Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be coming back because of them!
