  Shoutout to the team at Bhindi jewllers for making online shopping so easy! We did our entire first purchase through video calls, and the customer service was top-notch. The employee was super patient, showing us a men's chain and a gorgeous pendant and earring set for my wife. The designs are beautiful, and we got really great prices on everything. Plus, shipping was fast, secure, and arrived safely at our doorstep. Buying jewelry virtually is hard and then putting our trust in a stranger but they made it a breeze. I don’t think I will go somewhere again!!

  The customer service here is a total joke, especially the management. A floor worker tried calling the male manager upstairs to help clarify a massive contradiction between their online 10-day policy and their in-store policy, and the guy literally hung up the phone on his own staff and walked away. Completely disrespectful and lazy leadership. Beyond the awful management, their markups are massively overpriced for what you actually get. The whole operation feels shady and high-pressure. We will absolutely never bring our business back to this place. Safer to shop anywhere else.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bhindi trying to get a watch. From the beginning, I was treated as though my business wasn’t worth their time. The sales associate was dismissive, questioned why I would even choose to purchase from them, and made what should have been an exciting experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was trying to purchase a Rolex as a wedding gift for my husband, something meaningful that he would have remembered for the rest of his life. Instead, I was strung along for months, given little communication, and ultimately told that none of the models I requested would be available anytime soon. Their handling of the situation also caused me to lose an opportunity with another jeweler. I understand that Rolex availability is limited. What I don’t understand is the lack of professionalism, respect, and customer service. Unfortunately, this dealer failed on every level. Instead of helping, the sales associate contacted another branch that I had been working with, and after that, my opportunity to purchase through that branch disappeared. Their actions effectively ruined the relationship I had built there, leaving me with no options after months of waiting. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a positive Rolex buying experience.
