  Wow, the employees! The associates! talk about class acts! Real kind and attentive. Focused on you and your wants and go above and beyond in assisting. They remind me so much of the associates at the Hermosa/Redondo Beach store. They truly amplify the spirit of care and service. Especially this past week and weekend with the Back To School rush!

  Racial profiling at this store. Instead of looking at how we’re dressed or look like. Was it because I was wearing a hat ? They should look at behavior. When you come in at a store , you want to feel welcomed . Didn’t feel like that with my boyfriend. They thought by how we looked like , they think we were going to steal . Crazy.

  I visited this store today and experienced extremely poor customer service from one of the staff members. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she was the only female employee in the store with very long hair. She was very rude, unprofessional, and gave the impression that she did not want to be at work or assist customers. This is actually the second time I’ve had a negative interaction with her. The first time, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and assumed she may have just been having a bad day, but after this recent experience, it seems to be an ongoing issue.
