  I had my engagement ring from about 20 years ago redesigned, and I’m so happy with how everything turned out! From the original ring, I had a new ring and a cross necklace made. For the ring, I already had my own design, and the owner made it exactly as I designed it. He paid attention to all the little details, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. He also made a cross necklace from the same original ring, and it turned out so cute! I wanted a simple, pretty Tiffany-style look, and I absolutely love it. ❤️ I had checked with several other jewelry stores before deciding, and his price was the most reasonable. The owner is very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and patiently. I had quite a few questions because I didn’t know much about the process, and he always took the time to explain things again without rushing me. I was originally told the project would take a little over a month, but he said, “I’ll do my best,” and he ended up finishing everything about two weeks earlier than expected! The store also has a double-lock security system, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m really happy with the experience and with how my jewelry turned out. I would definitely recommend this place!

  Came in today with my wedding band (purchased elsewhere) that was fitting just a little looser than expected the day before - consulted with Garen on potentially resizing it and he totally could have sold me on the resize if he wanted to, but instead he educated me that typically on hot days rings tend to fit looser and that this was exactly how it was supposed to fit - grateful for the honesty and hope to bring business to him soon!

  My son and I had some, what we thought were silver bars, evaluated. It turns out they were silver covered copper and not much value but we had been wondering for months and the evaluator gave us the truth. We were very pleased with his service and honesty.
