  I had a really great experience shopping at American Eagle! Monique was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. She really took her time in helping me find the right size and style that best fit me. She also informed me that I was able to cross-shop through their other two brands, Offline and Aerie. Overall, I had a very pleasant time at Americana eagle and I will definitely be coming back!!

  My daughter and I walked into American eagle at the beginning of back to school and our experience was amazing Mia in the fitting room helped my daughter with her wardrobe. Since then we have been back at the store 4 times and Mia never fails to help my daughter and I and her knowledge on jeans and her sweet kind attitude every single time is something we love! We enjoy every shopping experience at the store!

  I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the unprofessional appearance of the staff at your location. The manager's attitude is unacceptable, and the overall standard is lacking. Today, an employee was working while wearing what appeared to be a boy brief underwear, which is completely inappropriate and offensive. Please address this immediately.

  This location usually has less selection in comparison to their other franchises, which really adds salt to their wound as their Aerie seems to thrive in response. In addition, the manager here an extremely rude white lady, she seems to always be there whenever I’ve gone and while I’ve only had a few interactions with her she is always on the phone with somebody while I’ve watched her simultaneously be rude to customers. Don’t bother asking her any questions, she’ll ignore you and then send an employee over to answer you as if how dare you ask her a question.
