Wow. Bless the cast members who work here. They have to deal with us customers all day every day. This store does not sleep. It is busy from the moment it opens until it closes. There is everything you could want here in this location. And if you cannot find it it’s most likely just sold out.

I came very excited to buy ears and used mobile checkout at around 12:00pm and was helped by very kind woman. After leaving the store, I realized that I forgot to validate my parking so I headed back around 12:10pm and the woman who helped me was no longer there so I asked another gentleman in her spot. He seemed perturbed but still asked for my receipt which I showed him. He proceeded to take my parking ticket and scanned it and handed it back. I felt a little uncomfortable with the interaction but still went to my car to leave. Unfortunately when I was exiting the park, the attendant let me know that there was no validation on the ticket. Even though I’d been in the parking lot for less than an hour, only went to this one store; I owed the full payment. I couldn’t believe that someone would really do that. It’s really messed up. What a horrible way to end my trip to the World of Disney store.

Overall it’s in incredible store, but giving one star because cashier named Ana working there Sat Sept 19, around 9pm was rude, when asked a question felt very dismissive also seemed annoyed because my baby cried, gave him a dirty look & kept staring at him. She literally chose to work at a place full of kids the least she can do is be polite .Hope she fixes her attitude and also especially towards children.
