  ものすんごい広いディズニーショップ。 様々なお土産やグッズが買えますが、お菓子などの食べ物はありません。QRコードを読み込んでバーコードを読み取り、ネットで決済してから特定のレジに行くと並ばずに買えるのでオススメです。

  My wife and I patiently waited in line to check out. When it was our turn, my wife accidentally walked to the wrong cashier. Instead of helping us or explaining the situation politely, a male employee and a female employee insisted that we had to go to the back of the line. They did not listen to our explanation, and their attitude felt dismissive and unfriendly. I even asked if they could review the security cameras because we had already waited in line. Fortunately, another cashier, Leslie C, stepped in and completed our purchase. Leslie C was professional, courteous, and treated us with kindness. We truly appreciated her excellent customer service, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. I am not asking for compensation. My purpose in writing is simply to provide feedback. Disneyland is known around the world for exceptional guest service, and I was disappointed by the way we were treated by the other two employees. I hope this feedback can be used as a coaching opportunity so future guests have a better experience.

  A wonderful stop for Disney souvenirs. I loved being able to shop here so we didn’t have to lug all our souvenirs around the park. This is not a quick pop in and out type of store. So many different sections it will be easy to get lost.

  Favorite store!!! Great service and they are always in season. Certain merch was 50% off for 70th Anniversary of Disney. But unfortunately I wasn’t able to shop there the last day because my son was too tired and I can’t find the bags they have in the store anywhere online. Wish they would sell the same things online that they have in store. Instead of me having to go through a third party.
