I was very disappointed with the service I received from an employee named Chelsea. She seemed unwilling to help, and every question or request I made was met with a “no.” Another branch had told me that I could exchange my glasses, but this location refused without clearly explaining the difference in policy. When I asked to have my glasses cleaned, she responded by asking whether I wanted to buy a cleaning product instead. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome and dismissed. These glasses are expensive, and customers deserve respectful, helpful service. If someone is unwilling to assist customers, a customer service role may not be the right fit for them.

Rebecca helped me find a dope pair of Ray Bans. She was super helpful and generous with her time.

Went in to look at glasses. Bianca was so knowledgeable and helpful. She even offered to clean and adjust the existing glasses I had. The best Sunglass Hut I’ve ever been to.

I visited the store on 9/3 in the afternoon because I was interested in purchasing the Meta glasses. There was only one employee working at the time. I asked if I could see the larger frame option. While I appreciate the employee taking the time to explain the product and provide information, I was simply looking for assistance in seeing the different frame sizes. Unfortunately, the interaction became uncomfortable due to the employee’s tone and attitude. I ultimately decided not to make a purchase and left the store disappointed. I was genuinely interested in buying the glasses, so it was unfortunate that the customer service experience changed my mind.

Went in with my wife and son to buy matching sunglasses this Saturday and was greeted with hesitation, dirty looks, and was asked multiple times if I needed help by the same individual which I had already told no. Consecutively I was followed around the store and had two staff members next to me at all times watching the whole time while the other staff members watched me from a distance. Not a pleasant experience when you’re being treated like a criminal, we left right after and spent our money elsewhere.
