- LALeah AsturiasMay 30, 20262.0this is a cute shop but the customer service was terrible when i went. didn’t catch any name because i was so taken aback. there was a long-haired man at the button stand handing out celebration buttons, but he wasn’t writing our names in the buttons the way he’s supposed to. the white lady with white hair at the front desk very rudely gave me a sharpie and said to do it myself now and give the sharpie back. i was getting a birthday pin and she didn’t even tell me happy birthday 🥲 i work in customer service so she had no grounds to be so rude to me as i am always polite and treat people like they’re people. this woman does not deserve this job, there are so many nicer people that want to be in her place.
