- KHKai HerronOct 13, 20211.0The workers here were terrible, especially Eddie. He was supposed to help us customize our bracelets with an engraving, but refused to do what we asked. My gf wanted my bracelet to say ‘stinky’ and eddie treated us like we were crazy for asking that and saying “this is Disneyland we don’t do that stuff here” then continued to ask about where I am from and was very disrespectful about my answer. I didn’t think “stinky” was too much to ask for considering people call their kids that and stuff like that in a funny way not in a mean way. To summarize, the customer service sucked here and Eddie should not have a job anywhere in Disneyland.
