  Insanely poor service. Ryan in particular was obnoxious. I am a physician in NorCal and requested the standard discount that Lulu lemon famously offers military / first responders and he was very reluctant, eye rolling, lied about applying the discount in front of my 2 daughters! I returned for the discount 20 minutes later, he made no eye contact, chuckled at me when I requested and when I asked to speak to his manager, she pushed back even further! If this organization wants to take credit for “supporting” folks that risk their lives and/or safe lives, then their entire organization and their employees need to buy in. Otherwise, it’s just a fake/farce!

  As a 6'1" tall woman, I asked one of the sales associates if they have any of their leggings or athletic trousers in tall/longs.. she said I could check the men's section 😵

  Was excited to check out the new store location at Downtown Disney. Disappointing experience nonetheless. Customer service was lacking but given that the store is new, I’m sure the retail employees at this location were new as well. I’m hoping management will put more of an emphasis in greeting all customers as they walk in to create a comfortable shopping experience. As my girlfriend & I were browsing we were met with stares from all associates and not asked once by any of them if we needed help. I felt the need to walk out as soon as possible since it felt awkward. Now that this store is a part of Downtown Disney the Disney experience and hospitality standards should be carried along into the store as well. Will probably give them a try next time when their retail associates gain a little more experience.

  Disappointed in the service at this location. Why have ”educators” who clearly don’t want to educate! I expected better service and product knowledge for this location. Shame Samantha couldn’t give me more than an attitude

  They just ignore whatever question you ask them and go into a 20 minute sales pitch on whatever product they want to sell you. Even if the product is something you just explicitly told them you weren't looking for.
