  I was extremely disappointed with my experience with a cast member during my visit today. I was sitting just outside of this shop charging my phone using a wall outlet when a cast member approached me and told me that guests are not allowed to plug into outlets anywhere in the park and that I would need to purchase one of Disneyland’s portable chargers if I needed to charge my phone. Seems quite unreasonable considering Disneyland is a place where many people spend 9+ hours in a day, and so much of the experience now depends on having a charged phone. Whether it’s park tickets, reservations, wait times, mobile ordering, maps, photos and staying in contact with your group. Expecting guests to rely on their phones all day while restricting access to basic charging options feels very inconvenient. I have visited Disneyland many times and have charged my phone using available outlets throughout the park without anyone ever saying anything. I understand that policies exist but the clearly inconsistent enforcement was frustrating. If this is truly a park wide rule, it should be communicated more clearly to guests rather than only being enforced when a cast member happens to notice. The interaction also left a poor impression because the immediate solution offered was to buy a portable charger. It felt less like a helpful guest experience and more like I was being directed toward an additional purchase. I love Disneyland, but this was a disappointing interaction and I hope the park considers providing better charging solutions for guests who spend an entire day relying on their phones. Also, this shops Pandora selection is extremely overpriced and you can get items for cheaper at the location just outside of the park!

  I have an embarrassing amount of Pandora jewelry, it just happens to be what I enjoy. With all my purchases I have only ever had 2 issues with an item and both were from this store. Not sure if they just get the poor quality shipments or if it’s something they are doing internally. They also have THE WORST customer service of any jeweler I have ever dealt with. As much as I enjoy Pandora and Disney I will never buy from this store again. I can understand a defective piece. I have zero tolerance for an aloof (verging on dishonest) salesperson. I will get the charm exchanged through Pandora because they stand behind their items but this store, they don’t blink twice about making you keep a defective charm saying once you leave the store it’s not their issue (like the quality is so poor a crystal should fall out in less than 24 hours?) Advice-shop at the store in Downtown Disney or elsewhere. Avoid this store.
