First time in the staff was friendly but forgot to remove the ink security tag and we didn't find it until we were out of the country... very frustrating. When we returned a few items the manager had a snarky attitude. Then as we left the employees began to talk trash about us, saying rude things. It was overheard. Highly unprofessional and disappointing.
