First time in the staff was friendly but forgot to remove the ink security tag and we didn't find it until we were out of the country... very frustrating. When we returned a few items the manager had a snarky attitude. Then as we left the employees began to talk trash about us, saying rude things. It was overheard. Highly unprofessional and disappointing.

I told my wife, why do we keep going to 10 different stores looking for a graduation outfit for our daughters when every time we end up finding something here. She agreed (I documented her agreeing) and this will not be our starting point. It will probably only be worn once, however, these prices are super reasonable, so I can live with it. Accessories aside, because every father learns quick, no lady can go without Accessories. Staff was friendly this time and every time we have shopped here. Only advice I would give, make a small section up front with a couch and TV showing whatever sports/games are playing that day for the fathers to watch, phone screens are way 2 small.
