  This store doesn't accept returns. It's says it in there online policy but not in a conspicuously way in the store. The employee didn't say anything about it at check out either. I was in the store and bought something for bogo that didn't come off how I thought so I was going to return it because I wasn't satisfied at the price. The employee's personality changed after I mentioned the return and said they didn't accept returns. I wish he would of mentioned that before I bought stuff. The sign also didn't say anything.

  Purchased 3 pairs of shoes in this store. When 1/3 pairs didn’t work out I brought the shoes back just days later. They were unworn, in the box and with the receipt. Apparently this store won’t allow a return without a physical card BUT I paid using Apple Pay. Crazy. Just take care of your customers!

  Stopped in to grab a pair of white stacked slip ons as a gift. When we walked in we were greeted immediately by everyone we passed and asked if there was anything we needed. The store was packed for black Friday shopping and I only saw happy employees ready to help. When we walked to the back we were looking for a specific size and we met Drew. He was very friendly and reminded of us the specials and recommended we look around while he went to check for the size. I found a great pair on sale while he was on the hunt. He came out and stated that they were sold out of the pair I was wanting. He asked if these were needed immediately and I told him no, they were actually a future gift as I was taking them to have a design painted on them. He pulled out his ipad and said he would be happy to place an order for me with 3 day free shipping and I could still participate in the Black Friday sale special. We placed the order online and I was so happy I was getting the shoes and they were getting shipped so I had one less item in my suitcase on my way home. Drew is an asset to this company. He has quality Customer Service skills, he’s professional, was multi tasking and I never felt ignored. When I am in AZ I will definitely make this my store! Thank you Drew!

  Favorite Vans store with lots of stock options at great prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. Super sales.
