- IKIsabel KeatingMay 12, 20171.0Very disappointed at Sunglass Hut at la Encantada. I bought a pair of sunglasses that didn't work out and went there ro return them a week and a half ago. The manager tells me that their credit card machine is not working properly so we cannot return the sunglasses. I went back today to return them again and she is there and tell me the same story. I refused to accept this excuse again and she gets on the phone whispering to somebody then she comes back and says that the problem is now fixed. I found out later that returns count against the sales in Their store. What poor customer service to lie to a customers hopin they go to another one of their stores to make the return. I will not go back. Very disappointing.
