THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO GIVE ME GOOD SERVICE.AND LETTING ME KNOW ALL THE BENEFITS OF ALL THEIR PRODUCTS AND DEALS ET CETERA... THEY WERE VERY GOOD AT THEIR JOB .THEY MADE ME FEEL VERY WELCOME. AND I FEEL LIKE THE MONEY I SPENT THERE WAS MONEY WELL SPENT. - IKIsabel KeatingMay 12, 20171.0Very disappointed at Sunglass Hut at la Encantada. I bought a pair of sunglasses that didn't work out and went there ro return them a week and a half ago. The manager tells me that their credit card machine is not working properly so we cannot return the sunglasses. I went back today to return them again and she is there and tell me the same story. I refused to accept this excuse again and she gets on the phone whispering to somebody then she comes back and says that the problem is now fixed. I found out later that returns count against the sales in Their store. What poor customer service to lie to a customers hopin they go to another one of their stores to make the return. I will not go back. Very disappointing.
