I stopped by the store after going through the warranty process for my Meta x Oakley sunglasses. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a replacement in the black frame I originally wanted, so I came in to see if any of the other color options might be a good fit. Ariana was incredibly patient, friendly, and understanding of my frustration with the process. She could have easily let me try on a few pairs and sent me on my way, but instead she went above and beyond. She took the time to check the inventory and found the exact pair I had been hoping for. I ended up purchasing them on the spot, and Ariana even provided me with a shipping box to return my non-working Meta glasses. She made the entire experience easy, informative, and stress-free. Her professionalism and genuine willingness to help turned what had been a frustrating situation into a great customer experience. Thank you, Ariana, for going the extra mile. Customer service like yours is hard to find, and it's truly appreciated! Highly recommend this store.

Very friendly staff. Great service. I like that you can walk around and try on different pairs without having to open and close a glass case. It makes it really easy to shop.

My daughter and I shopped for new sunglasses together today and had an amazingly fun experience together thanks to the sales lady and her co-worker. Our sales lady suggested a pair of glasses to me and I fell in love with them and they were perfect! She was very experienced and so helpful. I definitely recommend this store and the friendly help.
