I bought a pair of Ray ban glasses that fell apart in 1 week took them back and they were repaired only to fall apart 2 weeks later. I returned to get this issue resolved and was asked if I wanted to buy a new pair. I just wanted them to take care of this but was treated Terrible and told they could not resolve this and asked if I bought a warranty. I didn't know you needed a warranty for glasses that are 3 weeks old. This is NOT a customer friendly location and had no Manager present. I do Not recommend you give them your business

Outstanding sunglasses selection and very friendly staff. Vida was super helpful and adjusted a pair of my own glasses I brought in to get authenticated. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area that need a nice pair of sunglasses!

Overall a great experience thanks to the incredibly kind store manager, Vida. Knowledgebably, experienced and professional. Her customers service skills are incredible and it shows in her demeanor when she talks to you. Looking to come back just because of the great customer service experience. Store is very clean, with a large selection of styles and brands to choose from.
