I bought a pair of Ray ban glasses that fell apart in 1 week took them back and they were repaired only to fall apart 2 weeks later. I returned to get this issue resolved and was asked if I wanted to buy a new pair. I just wanted them to take care of this but was treated Terrible and told they could not resolve this and asked if I bought a warranty. I didn't know you needed a warranty for glasses that are 3 weeks old. This is NOT a customer friendly location and had no Manager present. I do Not recommend you give them your business

Zach/zak was awesome! Extremely knowledgable and friendly. went out of his way for me to try and find the lenses i was looking for. Also got my other replacement parts on order for me!
