- KHKim HagoodSep 10, 20261.0I returned a pair of sunglasses, within two weeks that I never wore because I wasn’t sure that I liked them. The young man at the counter told me they were damaged. I told him I had never worn them. And he was very unprofessional, basically was telling me I was lying. He told me he would give me a one time exemption on my return. I am telling you that will be fine because I will never be back there again.

- JMJason MaherJul 19, 20261.0Horrible experience & terrible customer service. Placed an order on 6/20/26 and still haven’t received item. Called store 7/18/26 was told can take 5-10 business days and I stated it’s been longer than that. Then told computer was in use so they would need to call me back and never received a cal back. Called multiple times later that day with no answer. Called 7/19/26 and still no answer.
- GNGabriel NaderMay 25, 20265.0Lindsey was great, helped out in a confusing situation , very knowledgeable and good Custer service skills , so here is the thing, if someone treats me good they have my business, I’ll be back for sure, I hate when people treat customers like shxt so when someone does good I post, cause I want other working people to find places in the city that deserve the business 🤙have a cool day thanks again Lindsey @sunglasshut
