  This was my first visit to this location and had a great experience. The entire staff was very helpful, professional and courteous. I was searching for a few birthday gifts and even decided to buy myself a shirt as well. The store is larger than expected and there were quite a few great options for women and men to choose from.

  I have never experienced worse customer service than I did with Celeste the assistant manager. I came in for quality promises left extremely unsatisfied. (I was already at the register waiting for her) This was after she wouldn’t help me for 20 minutes and instead chose to talk to a man who had already been checked out and completed his purchase and after another educator got her attention to help me she proceeded to write her phone number down for this man and refused to price match a quality promise. Mean girl behavior has no place in a customer service job.

  Wow. The girls that work here don’t want to be here. They’d rather chat to themselves than help you. Need to clean house here.

  employees too busy socializing with each other and playing on their phones… can’t even get a simple “hi welcome in” or “can i help you find anything”. at this point, i wouldn’t even consider buying anything in store bc don’t want to give them sales if they can’t even provide basic customer service :/
