  On May 24th 2026 I was shopping in the JCPenney store in the spectrum Mall. I was speaking with your employee "Katherine" and she told me about all the right sales they were having. I only came in to buy two pair of shoes which were on sale but I looked around the store and the sales were amazing. I always go out of my way to say hello to Catherine when I am in the store as she is the most valued employee in that store and I can't say enough about her. Her friendly personality, her professional attitude, and her willingness to help the customers. As long as Catherine is there, I will definitely be a Penny's customer.

  I was very disappointed with my experience at JCPenney Portraits at Tucson Spectrum. Although the staff was friendly and courteous, the overall experience was not what I have received during previous visits. The photographer seemed inexperienced and provided very little guidance throughout the session. A professional photographer should help clients with flattering poses and pay attention to important details such as crooked graduation stoles, hair out of place, or glare on glasses. Unfortunately, none of these things were addressed during our session. Instead of offering direction, the photographer kept asking us what poses we wanted to do. In my opinion, part of paying for a professional photography session is receiving expert guidance and attention to detail. As a result, many of our photos did not turn out as well as they could have. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and support.

  On 04-29-2026, I purchase a piece of jewelry for my wife on-line for the first time indicating I would like to pick it up at your Store #2913. After retrieving my purchase, I went to the Jewelry Section and asked the Sales Person if I could purchase a "Protection Plan" for my newly acquired jewelry. She informed me that It would be possible, however, since I did not purchase a plan with my original purchase, I would have to return the item for a refund. Then I could repurchase the item with a protection plan. Your Sale Person, Maria, took ownership of my situation and made the whole process stress free. She is truly an asset to your company. With this type of Fantastic Customer Service, I will be returning to shop in your department store. Sincerely a happy customer, Eloy Ramirez
