It was supposed to be a surprise, and on such a hot day, I was disappointed and thought I would just have to accept it as a loss. To my surprise, Edible Arrangements called me the very next morning to reschedule the delivery. I wasn’t expecting that level of customer service, and I was incredibly grateful. Their team went above and beyond to make sure my dad still received his gift. I’ve been using Edible Arrangements for many years, and experiences like this are why I continue to be a loyal customer. Great customer service, thoughtful follow up, and a company that truly cares about its customers. Five stars! Thank you so much.
