  Love this place! Clothing racks separated by color, size, and style Great prices Clean environment Mechandise always displayed & sorted nicely Furniture, many other household items, and electronics Great, large room in back with many more assorted items

  *WILL NOT BE RETURNING* After repeated harassment from an employee, Asha K. (“Ash”), both in person and online, I no longer feel comfortable shopping or donating at Deseret Industries. This behavior has also extended to members of my family and friends. This experience does not reflect the respectful and professional environment I expect from a community organization. Deseret Industries does important work in the community, which makes it especially disappointing to experience conduct that has left me and those close to me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I encourage Deseret Industries leadership to take this matter seriously, review the circumstances, and address employee conduct appropriately. I also encourage management to review employee training and expectations regarding professionalism, customer interactions, and conduct both on and off company property when that conduct affects customers or their families. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect when they enter an organization’s doors, while they are there, and after they leave. I hope Deseret Industries will take steps to ensure that employees are held to a consistent standard of professionalism and that customers and their families can feel safe and respected.

  Good prices and selections. Store was clean and fairly organized. I was able to buy some things I didn't need. It was fun!

  This thrift store is indeed clean and what matters most is that they’re not picky about the things that you might want to give out, like Goodwill and Great Things Thrift store which also are EXTREMELY unkept and over priced for being a donations stores, even Habitat for Humanity is gotten ridiculous as to what they will and won’t accept. Best best IS Desert Industries Thrift Store and Donation Center. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
