  They do not honor their own warranties. Their website states a one year warranty on rods against breakage during normal use. They do not honor this and claim it to be only 60 days. Find somewhere else to shop!

  The rules for finding a holster for my firearm was insane. Just to check the gun in at the front I waited 15 minutes alone. Then when I want to try on the holster with the gun, the guy said the firearm could not leave his possession. The whole experience was just a let down, I will not be returning. Sportsman's Warehouse is where I'll continue doing my business.

  Went in to the Tucson shop to have new line put on two spinning spools, line was done so loose it kept tangling. Thought it might be just a fluke but a friend went in and said someone else did the same on his. Asked a simple question, “what age do you have to be to be required to have a fishing license?”. Two employees answered 16 and over. Luckily I decided to triple check and it’s 10. Another guy in the department said he had no idea what kind of fishing we had around here because he only fish’s other areas. Come on, can’t put line on right, no idea what fishing we have around here, can’t answer a simple regulations question?!?!! What kind of fishing department is that supposed to be?!?!

  Went in just to look and found so much I couldn't leave without! However one item was too large for me to get back home are, 1. We live 75 miles away, 2. We were riding our triglide motorcycle! The item was on sale for only a few days and we couldn't make it back before it went off sale. I asked if I could pay for it and come back but, it would have been the day after the sale ended before I could make it. They tried to arrange it but couldn't. They didn't stop there, they said I could go online and have it shipped if I didn't need it right away. I was able to order it and it will be shipped so I have it before the 4th weekend when we go on our trip! We were able to get home with the other items we found. What an awesome, VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL staff! Look forward to our next visit.

  Not really impressed. Staff didn't seem to want to engage. The mix of fish in the display tank are completely incompatible, and a youth fishing event where kids are continuously hooking the same fish over and over. Tell me you dont care about nature without actually telling me you dont care.
