  The handgun counter is like a jewelry store display from extra bright lights. The three shelves aren't convenient let you look at the limited choices. The bottom shelf is inches from the floor. Only two workers were behind the counter. One was tied to a customer making a purchase. Prices are good, but there are gun stores in Tucson with a better inventory.This place is full of gimmick Chinese made products for people that aren't very experienced with the outdoors. The clothing is not exceptional in quality, but it is in price. It's a destination for easily impressed folks who are easily separated from their money.

  If I could give less then 1 star I would. The customer service at the exchange center or return area is very very rude. The people there could care less about you being there because you can tell they get paid hourly and they could care less about anyone business. Highly recommend going anywhere else. Update: August 22, 2026 I have emailed the company as requested and am currently awaiting a response. I will provide an additional update once I receive further information.

  I always recommend taking your family to any Bass Pro Shop you can. Especially when traveling, it is fun to visit the different locations. The children will enjoy the entertainment. There is an extremely large aquarium where children and adults can watch the fish. Children are absolutely amazed by the large trees inside the building, and the taxidermy animals are on display. You can find hunting apparel and everyday clothing. During Christmas, the holiday decor offers many photo-op opportunities.

  Great Addition to Tucson Bass Pro Shops in Tucson is a great addition to the area and lives up to the Bass Pro legacy. The store was clean, well-organized, and packed with an incredible selection of top-of-the-line products. There are seemingly millions of items to look through, whether you're into hunting, fishing, camping, boating, or the outdoors in general. The store itself is big, although it feels a little smaller than the Bass Pro Shops in Mesa because the Tucson location is a single-story layout. That said, there is still plenty to see and explore. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. As expected with Bass Pro, many of the products are on the pricey side, but I wouldn't say the prices were outrageous considering the quality and selection. Overall, this is a fantastic store and a great addition to Tucson. I'm glad to see Bass Pro Shops continuing its legacy in Arizona, and I look forward to coming back.

  Atmosphere: 5/5 Pricing: 3.5/5 Snack Bar: 4/5 ​Walking into Bass Pro Shops is half retail therapy and half outdoor museum. The aesthetic is top-tier—the massive timber work, taxidermy displays, and overall design make it one of the most unique shopping environments around. You can easily spend an hour just taking in the decor. ​The Pricing: The trade-off for the great environment is the price tag. Certain items and apparel definitely feel marked up compared to standard outdoor outfitters, so it might not be the place for budget hunting. ​Snack Shop Breakdown: ​The Fudge: Excellent. Super fresh, rich, and definitely a highlight of the visit. ​Bison Sausage: A bit of a letdown. I was expecting something a little more artisan, but in reality, it hit like a glorified, oversized Slim Jim. Decent if you like cured meat sticks, but nothing fancy. ​Verdict: Great place to walk around and enjoy the scenery with a slice of fudge in hand!
