  Purchased a firearm today from the store. I was asked if i was a first responder to receive a discount. They forgot to apply it on my purchase. The worker helping me was the one who noticed my missing discount first (he rang it up) and escorts me to customer service to refund the firearm and apply the discount. Somehow through their process i end up with a separate $17 gift card balance and two more receipts. Essentially i was re-buying my gun and they required my Identification Card again, and in the process i end up forgetting my Identification card at the customer service desk. To top it all off they did not remove their trigger guard safety on my firearm that they handled through the entire purchasing process.

  The Bass pro shop was a good today as it was every other time I've ever been inside of it. If they don't have it you don't need it.

  It took me a lil while to make my way here but I finally made it. Took the family to check it out and it's a nice store with lots to look at. The kids really liked the aquarium and all the animals around the store. I went to grab some ammo for my guns and they definately had whilat I need plus much more.

  Awesome sporting goods store. Mr Will was super helpful setting up Timmys bow today. Hunting, fishing 🎣 camping gear. Cool aquarium for the kids 🐟 Thank you from your Tucson friends 😎😇🙏

  This was my first time visiting the new Tucson location and it did not disappoint. From the first step in the door you can tell that they put a lot of time and effort into the design and layout! It is a fun place to come and beat the heat even if you are not particularly in the market for anything. I went in needing a Fishing Pole and found their selection to be extensive. The staff was extremely knowedable and friendly and not only helped me find the right pole but also helped me get everything set up so I could head right to the lake with my son. Visiting these stores is more of an experience than simply going shopping. It can be fun for all ages! I was surprised to see that they really carry a wide selection of anything and everything you need for your outdoor adventure.
