I Got my boyfriend a compound bow for his birthday. Shawn was absolutely amazing behind the counter and was able to fully tailor it to him by tuning the scope, pull length, arrow length, and weight pull. He took him to the indoor range and gave him a quick lesson and was able to fine tune everything based on his shooting. He had very good recommendations about all the accessories and was very well versed in how the bow worked. If you need anything in the bow section I would definitely ask Shawn about any inquiries!

My wife and I came in yesterday to purchase a revolver to protect our livestock and kids from snakes around our property. The gentlemen at the counter (forgot their names), provided excellent advice on which revolver would work for our needs and brought us the best ammo for the job. They were very personable and made the experience comfortable with my wife and daughter who are not very fond of firearms. I rarely leave reviews but, this was an exceptional experience and perhaps the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a firearm. Not even 24 hours later, we had a snake near our livestock pen and the revolver and ammo handled the job just like they recommended!

I won't speak to other departments, but the Firearm sales is the worst experience I have ever had buying a firearm in my life. They use some check in system that no one said anything about as I waited at the counter for 30+ minutes. Needless to say, I left without buying anything. I will buy my ammo and firearms elsewhere

Outrageous prices, hired people who have no idea about anything outdoorsy, my gf and I got our fishing license which is cheaper in person then online but the girl messed up on my gf information and when the desk lady printed papers she asked to make sure everything was correct which it wasn't and she said we'll have to call game n fish to fix it like why ask to make sure everything is correct if you can't fix it right then and there, idk I was excited when I heard there's a bass pro shop in town but just a massive disappointment

Whoever designed the parking was incompetent. The parking lots take you in loops with no way out or in except one, then you are led onto a roundabout where you have to cut into the line of cars going to Costco but going the opposite direction. And lanes in the parking lot are too narrow, 2 cars can barely pass, a car almost hit us just driving through the lot. The store has only been open a month but it was like they just opened yesterday because there are lot's of issues to fix! Clothing was missing tons of sizes, for example, four Small/petite of an item then the next available size was a 14. What happened to size 2, 6, 8 and 10? Almost every item was like this, with no mediums, etc.. Men sizes had same issue - a medium then the next size was one XL. When I inquired why no size options, a worker said that more sizes were in the warehouse and needed to be put in the store. And that couldn't be done in a month? Plenty of workers in green shirt but milling about, I saw multiple groups of them in 2's and 3's just chatting away while customers looked like deer in the headlights - looking for items in their size, searching for fitting rooms, clearly looking lost but the workers stuck together gabbing. I asked one who'd been gabbing where the nearest fitting room was and she only pointed and said that she thought it was occupied. She was so busy chatting with her fellow workers that she couldn't walk the customer 20 feet to the dressing room? (It was NOT occupied, BTW.) In all just 4 fitting rooms for the entire store to accommodate men and women! But of the 4, one was locked shut due to poor installation of the door lock per the store worker - that couldn't be fixed in one month? Where is management to get it together? The 3 star is because the store was big and pretty and I have high hopes for the future, otherwise I'd give it a 1 star. That said, the lack of sizes and parking was so bad, not sure we'll ever be back...
