  I suggest to be very careful when you are there, the store literally scams people, the discounts even though written everywhere only apply to bottoms when you are at checkout, all discounts somehow disappear. Very devious place.

  Had $5 birthday coupon I pulled up on the only email to the only account I have with American Eagle and for some reason their computer was saying it wasn’t linked to my account. Showed the manager on duty, Kylie, the email is an exact match and she was uninterested and treating it like it was my fault it didn’t work and out of her hands… even though she’s supposedly the manager. Not a huge deal given it was only $5, but (as someone who worked retail for years) it’s also not a huge deal to just honor the coupon and apologize for the system error.

  I’m quit disappointed whenever I come here. I love AE jeans but they don’t keep up with stock at this location. They’re always out of sizes. Most of the jeans are light colored jeans. They need more dark wash and black colors like they do online.
