  My husband and I came in to buy shoes and were initially impressed by how friendly and helpful the team was. However, the checkout process left a really bad taste in our mouth. The staff repeatedly pushed us to add more items to qualify for their "Buy One, Get One 50% Off" deal. We ended up buying three pairs of shoes, a shirt, and a fanny pack (all orange tags btw). Despite all the hype from the employees, the 50% discount was only applied to the shirt and fanny pack—not the shoes. To make matters worse, the shirt had hidden stains that I didn’t notice until I got home. The cashier didn't clarify how the discount actually worked before charging us. I love Vans products, but this felt like an unfair, misleading sales tactic. Just want to warn others to double-check their receipts🫩

  Always a great deal for back to school shoes for my kiddos. The back racks have shoes with orange tags that are highly discounted. A lot of the times they have BOGO 50% off. The employees are always super helpful... they actually greet you when you walk in, they'll measure my kids feet, and help with getting sizes in any style shoe that might be in their back stock room.

  Scott was super helpful, was happy to educate us on varieties and got us multiple sizes to ensure the best fit was optimized. Really enjoyed his customer service and overall professionalism and enthusiasm
