The problem is that JCPenney stores, including the one at Tempe Marketplace, look so tired and outdated. A remodel to brighten and modernize the store would make their merchandise so much more appealing.

I am honestly not the best when it comes to getting my photo taken, but Devyn made the experience fun and less awkward for my husband and I. It’s a beautiful store where we both felt relaxed and able to shop some great deals and even the lighting is great in there ! Most places I have to leave because they give me anxiety but not this store. And Rachelle and Vance (hope I spelled the names right) were both so helpful and friendly and what an awesome experience. This is definitely where we will be going to job from now on ! Thank you JCPenney !
