I understand things happen especially on a busy day so this store still gets 5 stars, shoutout to Lori
- TCTianna ChristensenMay 11, 20261.0I ordered an arrangement April 29th to have delivered to my Mother on Mother’s Day. I specifically requested that they hand deliver it to her as it is a perishable item and I wanted to ensure she received her gift and not someone else. They called her Saturday May 9th and confirmed her address, notified her that it would be delivered between 10&11 am. They delivered it at 2 something in the afternoon to the wrong address and did not hand deliver despite my request. This was per the employee who answered the phone. Which was honestly a surprise they even answered because they do not pick up the phone whatsoever. They advised that they would redeliver in one hour, they never did. Then they emailed me 6 minutes to closing advising they were going to be delivering it then and again, they never did. I am beyond frustrated because I don’t have the luxury of spending Mother’s Day with my mom, given the fact we live in different states this was my way of treating her for Mother’s Day and I couldn’t even rely on the company I paid $100 to for, 4 pieces of fruit and 2 cheese cakes.. the lack of empathy and integrity is despicable and I will never purchase from this establishment again.
