When I went to check out, the cashier informed me that one of the pairs of shoes I was purchasing was actually not a part of the sale. She did advise that the brand I was trying to buy did not apply to the bogo. She was having a difficult time explaining which brands were on sale and why this particular brand was not (Not at all her fault- I think the information for the bogo sale was poorly marketed because nowhere did is state which shoes were on sale and which weren't). When the manager overheard our conversation and that I was most likely not going to make the purchase, with a smile on her face and without batting an eyelash, she graciously said they would honor the sale and gave me the discount. She was really sweet the way she spoke to both myself and her colleague- which provided for a great experience! I wish I would have gotten her name, but I didn't get a chance to ask. She has short, brown hair and a warm smile! Just wanted to say thank you!!
