  Great selection of firearms, outdoor gear and clothing, and great prices; they have services for correctly mounting optics; they facilitate use-of-force trainings, and carry nonlethal self-defense equipment! Will definitely be going back!

  Store was awesome. Best Sportsman’s store I have been in. Always greeted and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

  Went in to buy a gun. Was greeted by a counterperson and told him what I was looking for. He said he couldn't help but another person would actually help me as he was busy. And walked off. The person who was going to take over asked what product I wanted to see and went to retrieve the gun. While he was getting it another customer asked him a question and he started helping that customer never to return to me. Eventually the first guy came by and asked if I had been help. I told him that originally it was him that helped me and the guy he handed me off to ghosted me. He apologized and then got the gun and I looked it over and decided to buy it. He then took my ID's and had me start filling out the paperwork and put the gun and my ID's on the ammo counter behind us. Then he told me he had to go install an optic on a rifle and introduced me to another associate and said the other associate would complete the transaction. No sooner did he leave then the guy he handed me off to disappeared into the back never to return. My ID and gun I was buying was still on the ammo counter, paperwork filled out just waiting to complete the sale. I waited forever and finally a older salesman, I believe his name was Ed came over and completed the transaction. The manager came over to double checked the paperwork and I told him of my experience and all he said was, "Would you like to cancel the sale?" No apologies or nothing. At this point the gun was bought and paid for so I told him no I would keep the gun. Also didn't get the veterans discount the first salesman told me I would get as this was a used gun and they do not give veterans discount on used guns. All in all Ed was great but everyone else was really bad. All other Sportsman's have been great, not sure what's wrong with these guys but stay away!!!! Also the survey on the receipt cannot be done as this is a new store and its not listed on the online survey form. Beware!!!!

  I do mean its a decent place, the selection may not be as big as the other locations but I got what I needed, thank you for opening up a new one closer, very nice store. Thank you
