  The boys at the gun counter at this location are too busy bullshitting and walking back and forth from the gun counter into the back of the store to assist paying customers. When my wife and I finally got someone to help us all he did was shit talk FN Firearms and redirected himself to someone else. We have frequented Sportsman's Warehouse for years, but with this level of idiots working for them, I don't see much of a future.

  Absolutely the worst customer service ever do not shop here. They are rude and extremely unprofessional. I will be filling BBB complaint and a consumer affairs complaint. I came in to have a firearm molded and pick up a firearm I purchased and a female employee immediately got an attitude with me and started discriminating against me for my disabilities and started being condescending towards me and she started making up things that never happened over her radio. I stayed calm while she melted down. I went to the back after speaking with the firearms manager and went to pick up my firearm I purchased and they made me wait over an hour to not transfer my firearm and they lied about what they were doing they said they system was researching another lie. They said they were having a meeting in the back while customers are wsiting to be checked out and helped, a curly haired employee came up to me and made a point of telling me he was sorry for the wait but he fidnt want to check me out while another employee started with me umm that makes no sense, I finally got tired of waiting and left the store. I get a call today saying they aren't transferring my the firearm that I had already paid for and filled out the transfer forms and waited an hour for but I could try again in 30 days. This is the most unprofessional store I have ever had the displeasure of working with. There are alot of great firearm stores in state this is not one of them. Thank you reminding me Ammo Az is one of the best firearm distributors in the state and yes i will be driving an hour to get my stuff but its better than dealing with these unprofessional lying hacks.They also do not honor price matching or repeat business. I spent over 4k in the last few weeks at this store and honestly should have gone anywhere else. After this experience I will never shop at Sportsman warehouse again I was a 20 year customer. Do better! They actively protect bad employees and punish good customers.

  My boys went to this place yesterday bc for my son 21 there going go camping Right away. An employee told them that they’re boss thinks that they’re stealing. They don’t even feel welcome in this place anymore. It’s so bad at sportsman’s Warehouse their own employees talk bad about their managers to the customers. This store needs new managers and people that make you feel welcome even if their going to close in 5 minutes so unbelievable!.

  If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Firearms representative Josh is extremely arrogant. He deserves to be fired. Horrible customer service. Anyone who comes in to this store stay away from him. Unless you’re looking to ruin your day.

  If I could leave a zero review I would. On 4 July my husband and I went in there to shop for a para cord. Nobody approached us to help us we looking around. We had to actually sort of scream for someone to come and help us. We purchased two of them, but we only use one. When I return back on Monday, I want to return the one I use in perfect condition that could be sold again because I did not have the Original credit card that I made the purchase with they wanted to give me a store credit. I don’t need a store credit for nine dollars. I do not shop here often enough that I will use a store credit. But because of the situation I will never shopped here again. No wonder they only have three stars.
