  Platos be like we just accept brand name cloths literally I bring zara, madwell, free people and old navy also mind you that same old navy overall thay they are selling but they didn't take it. But guess what they're selling target brand and some rip old cloths🤦‍♀️ so dont even waste your time to bring your cloths here and they offer you really low i guess you just donate it to them 😆 pictures are from the store the cloths they've selling

  I don’t think I’ve ever felt so disrespected walking into a store. I brought in clothes to sell at Plato’s Closet, and the employees were unbelievably rude and dismissive. I even offered to leave the clothes for FREE, and instead of having the courtesy to look me in the eye and politely decline, I was basically told to “go somewhere else.” It wasn’t about the money anymore it was about basic human decency. A little respect costs nothing. Safe to say I’ll never be back. Next time I’d rather burn my clothes than waste my time bringing them to a place that made me feel completely unwelcome. Do better.

  I took a whole bunch of mine and my husband's clothes there to sell, out of a huge tub and five garbage bags they didn't even take one bag full many name brand and expensive clothes, I guess if you're not a size zero or two they don't want your stuff.I took even new shoes etc and brought it out with me. Another resale place took all but a couple things thank goodness for them ,I hate for goodwill to profit immensely from free donations. The corporate ups get richer and the poor get poorer.

  Brought huge box of name brand items, many with tags still attached and minutes after we walked in she rudely said we can't take this because it smells, I was in shock because not only are they clean and mostly new items but she didn't even have time to look at anything! Obviously it was that she didn't want to go through box, First and last experience with platos closet in surprise! Glendale Platos closet couldn't believe how we were treated and it is worth the drive to be treated kindly.
