    Placed an order for a Mother’s Day arrangement to be delivered on Mother’s Day and what should have been a thoughtful gift turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The order was nearly $100, and not only was it never delivered on the promised date, it was apparently never even made. On Mother’s Day itself, after spending nearly an hour on hold just trying to reach customer service, I was assured the arrangement would be delivered no later than 8:00 PM. That never happened. No delivery. No call. No email. No explanation. I attempted to follow up over the next two days. The first day, nobody answered at all, and the local Phoenix store was closed despite posted business hours stating it should have been open. The next day I sat on hold for over 30 more minutes only to be told that there were “several orders” that had not been fulfilled. Their idea of making this right? Offering me a cheesecake bite as an apology for a completely missed nearly $100 Mother’s Day gift. Seriously? I declined and simply asked if they could deliver what I actually paid for, even though Mother’s Day had already passed. I was then assured the arrangement would be delivered the following day. Again—nothing happened. It has now been a full 8 days since the order was originally supposed to arrive. Still no delivery. Still no refund. Still no apology. Still no acknowledgment of the absolute failure in service and communication. Missing a delivery is one thing. Repeatedly making promises you have no intention or ability to keep, leaving customers sitting on hold endlessly, failing to communicate, and then acting as if a tiny free dessert somehow fixes it is unacceptable. This experience was beyond disappointing — it was careless, disorganized, and frankly ridiculous. I will never order from Edible Arrangements again.

    SCAM ALERT! This place is 100% a SCAM. They pretended to deliver my order but when I called to confirm, they had no proof of delivery and hung up. They won’t refund either. And they keep spinning random lies that they can’t even keep up with. I don’t even know how this place is in business and the woman who answered the phone is so unprofessional. Regardless, I am going to be disputing the charge, so all’s well that ends well.

    0 STARS!!!! Ordered a fruit arrangement for my mother ($118.44) on May 5th to be delivered to her May 10th (MOTHER'S DAY) and she waited at her house all day by 6pm no delivery had been made. I attempted to call at 12pm and 5pm NO ANSWER! They missed the delivery deadline called the next day ( Monday May 11th) and we FREAKING CLOSED called. Called Again MAY 12 (Tuesday) and waited listening to crappy music for 10 minutes NO ONE ANSWERED!!! I want my $102.99 back!! Reporting to BBB and my credit card to figure out how to get my REFUND!! This is FRAUD!!

    Ordered something for Mother's Day to be delivered on Saturday (the day before Mother's Day)--- and by Monday, nothing has still been delivered to my mom. I can't reach customer service (as I've been on hold waiting for a "representative" to answer 40 minutes later.. not once, but twice), and it would seem that the store has turned their phones off. When I try to call the store directly, the automated representative says their store is closed (despite it being mid-day on a Monday). I live out-of-state, so going to the store is not an option. Very unsatisfied! Do not order from here!! Update: If I could give 0 stars, I would! By Wednesday afternoon, I still had heard nothing from the delivery store or Corporate. Finally I got through to Corporate after a call that lasted an hour and a half. Unbelievably, they were only willing to offer more than a 20% off coupon on a future order (of $59 or more) as compensation. That is a slap on the face, frankly! My mom still never got the order that was supposed to be delivered 5 days before, and as a result, got nothing on Mother's Day! After talking to corporate, I decided to try calling the store directly again for answers (since corporate said they were also having a hard time getting hold of the store), to see if they could make good on their delivery and a refund. Amazingly, the store answered this time, but as soon as the manager/person I was speaking with found out I had complained to corporate, she immediately started talking over me, being very rude, and ended up hanging up on me! I called back and she did the same thing several more times without even letting me get a word in! ...Absolutely ridiculous business! The manager/lady on the phone needs to be reprimanded and/or fired for her behavior! Please do not do business with this store or Edible Arrangements. It would seem across the board, they frankly do not care about their customers.

    This store has consistently provided the absolute worst service imaginable!!! You can never get any order on time, if you order delivery for a certain day then you might as well forget about because you won't get it. Not only are they incompetent at performing their jobs to the point of not getting your order complete or delivered, but you also can't contact them unless you go there in person because all they have is an automated system that runs you in circles and gets you absolutely no where. I would avoid conducting any business with this place ever and I really mean ever!
