- SSsam schilJun 22, 20261.0We've been waiting for 2 days for a Father's Day arrangement to be delivered. They said they tried, which was a complete lie because we have cameras and NO ONE CAME BY. My daughter-in-law spoke to Shirley this morning and she hung up on her twice. An email was sent at 10:00 a.m. this morning saying it would be refunded but the arrangement was also out for delivery. 2 and 1/2 hours later, nothing. I called to verify when we would receive it... They hung up on me the first time after unmuting me for me to hear a really, really unprofessional conversation. I called back and also somehow spoke to Shirley... She said it was refunded and nothing would be sent, and HUNG UP AGAIN. I'm in customer service. This is the most unprofessional experience I've had in 10 years, hands down. NO WONDER THIS LOCATION HAS A 2.3 RATING!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO GET ANYTHING!!!!
