  so racist towards me and rude!! I will never ever return!! they were so unprofessional and unwilling to help, and to top it all off, they racially profiled me and my family all I asked was for a different size and they were telling us how we were making a mess, but we weren’t done putting things away, they didn’t treat any other customer in the store like this just us. I genuinely do believe that it was racial profiling.

  This place is awful just because of the employees. My husband and I were there on Sat morning 9/26 and several employees walked right by us and ignored us. We will never return.

  when we first walked in, we didn’t get greeted, while they were standing by the front talking to eachother, they didn’t ask if we needed help or say a word. and we waited in the check out line for someone to come up while there was people in front of us. and they stood there and talked when they saw us come up to the front .

  Honestly, the rudest location I've ever been to everyone here is snappy and rude and then deflect it makes you seem like you are being snappy and rude. Their shirts are extremely misleading, they don't actually want to talk to you about shoes or even help you. There was only one nice lady here and the rest of them all had attitudes towards me and my family. I really don't recommend it. It's a very unorganized in here and there's shoes in boxes that don't match the sizes, when I asked for the manager's name, she told me I can go up to her personally and ask, even though they all wear name tags, when asking about oofoos I was told they were all unisex, which is so far from the truth. If you guys are shoe experts, you would know that they have female shoes by that brand, when I expressed that she told me I was being "snappy" my mother was appalled because I wasn't being snappy, but rather expressive with my hand movement as that's how I talk, honestly, they're committed to misunderstanding you here and are very rude and unorganized 10 out of 10 do not recommend, there is a reason their stars are so low, if that wasn’t enough it was escalated when I asked the manager for the HR number, she told me that she filed an incident report against me, and that I can get the HR number on the back of my receipt, but I never bought a pair of shoes so when I asked for it again, she asked me to leave the store, it honestly got out of hand so quick, and I am truly appalled that they treat people like that.
