  I just bought a pair of shoes here and left right now. I want to give Kenna(according to the dark haired girl at the register but no name tag on this girl) the girl I will refer to as Kenna is blonde, kinda medium chubby apparently manager who has a terrible attitude the zero stars. But Justin was very kind and helped me out, honestly I've even read other bad reviews and they seem to mention Kenna a lot. They really need to work on hiring a dudilagent manager who checks on the customers and doesn't blow them off. When I first arrived I had never gone to one of these stores and didn't know about the ai so I walk up to the first girl I saw. "Kenna" who I asked if I can get a foot measurement and she just points in the direction and says I have to use the machine. I say I have no idea what machine you're talking about (it's behind a pillar, mirror, and shoe shelves) so she got mad about having to show me where it was. Keep in mind I have my toddler with me and she said it just scans your foot, it'll give you directions just click f and take your shoes off. So then she runs off and doesn't seem to have any sense of customer service. My toddler pushed the reset button while I'm trying to figure out the machine and Mrs. Kenna got an attitude when I asked for help with it and another customer was asking for measurements so she got and attitude again and grabbed them a paper. I am very tall for a women and struggle to find my size. (12/12.5) i ask her if she can just show me the shoes that they have in my size and she was like wow and points to the clearance and says look on the last shelf. Which one is the last shelf?!?! I found it myself and Justin was in the back and assisted me even looking them up to try to help and was so kind. One of the clearance ones I found fit so I bought them and now I'm writing this review. Hopefully this lady if her name is Kenna I'm not sure but hopefully the blond girl with her hair in braids today learns how to treat humans because I won't be coming back if she's still here. I'd also appreciate if the company would give me the corporate number or email to contact reguarding this experience.

  My wife and I had a great experience at this location. Melissa A. was very friendly & knowledgeable and helped us find the right shoes. A pair of Brooks for me and three pairs of shoes for my wife😊

  Visited this location on 5/14/26 to purchase 2 pairs of Birkenstocks, one for myself and one for my daughter. While shopping, I noticed a sign that advertised buy one get one 50% off. Obviously I assumed that bogo on Birkenstocks was highly unlikely… so, I walked up to the nearest employee and asked how the bogo sale works and what that includes. Walked up and stood next to Kenna for a couple seconds. After no acknowledgment of my presence, I said “excuse me, can you tell me how the bogo sale works?”… she replies “you buy one excluded pair and get another non-excluded pair half off”… I said thank you and went about my way.. my daughter and I chose our shoes and then I decided to browse the store to see if we liked anything that would qualify for the half off. My daughter mentioned she wanted a pair of boots, so we proceed to that section to check the exclusion status.. they did NOT say excluded from promotions, so she picked a pair and we proceeded to the checkout counter. The girl ringing us up was pleasant, unfortunately I did not get her name. She informed me that she gave us 15% off the boots, just to be nice. I said “I thought they were supposed to be 50% off?” She then informs me that the 50% off is only for SANDALS. I was not told this. So I explain that to her and told her that Kenna did NOT say it had to be sandals.. she calls someone up for an override.. who comes walking up? None other than Kenna… she walks up the register and exclaims “override for WHAT?”.. I then explain to her that she did NOT say the bogo was for sandals only. She replies with “Well, that’s where the signs are”…. Like I honestly noticed that the signs at the front of the store promoting BOGO stopped after the sandal section? NOPE, sure did not.. also, when I ASKED to be told about how the promotion works, that would have been the perfect opportunity to explain that MAJOR detail, don’t you think? I let Kenna know that she should explain it better and make it known that it is a SANDALS only promotion.. what does she do? She IGNORES ME and walks to the next register and helps the next guest. Instead of apologizing for misleading us. I asked for the boots to be taken off, not because I can’t afford them.. I mean, I was in there to pay well over $200 for 2 pairs of sandals after all.. but because of the principal.. she easily could have taken responsibility for her error and made it right by giving the discount, but instead chose to have an attitude and walk away without resolution, taking no accountability. I will NOT be returning to give any more of my hard earned money to this business.
