  Two heavier set women were rude and snotty towards my friend and her family when all they did was ask a simple question and ask for basic service. Then when it came time she asked for corporates number she was told it would be on the back of her receipt but she didn’t buy anything and so she asked again and they kicked her out? like?????? what the hell is wrong with you people.

  My girlfriend and her mother went to this store today and they were treated very poorly by the employees. When my girlfriend asked a question, she was treated unfairly and they were EXTREMELY unprofessional with her. She was asked to leave, when all she did was ask a very simple question. Wish I could leave a 0/10, but I’ll just stick with the 1/10. The service sucks, don’t waste your time going here unless you want to deal with unprofessional people and they don’t even greet you either.

  I’m truly disgusted with how they treated me and my daughter today, all My daughter said was the oofoos made woman shoes and was accused of “being snappy” when I corrected the lady and told her that my daughter just talks with her hands to express herself and that she was misunderstanding her social cues she walked away, it was incredibly unprofessional, When we found shoes that my daughter wanted, we were Going to go pay up, I asked the lady at the front desk if she was a manager And she told me no But that she can get me one, My daughter kindly asked her if the girl with the black hair Who was previously rude to us if she was a manager, She said yes, So then my daughter asked her for her name, And she told us that she wasn’t gonna give out her personal information and go personally ask her herself, Mind you, they all have a name tags and it was extremely unnecessary, So my daughter went up to the Manager and asked her for the HR number And was told that there was an incident report about her being made And that she can get the HR number on the receipt, As we’re paying for shoes, my daughter asked if she can get a paper copy of the receipt and the Manager replied. It’s on the email as well, But then my daughter just kindly asked for the paper receipt again, and that pissed her off, We were told to leave the store without buying Any shoes, it was extremely unprofessional And honestly, very embarrassing for them, I will never give them my business.

  Honestly, the rudest location I've ever been to everyone here is snappy and rude and then deflect it makes you seem like you are being snappy and rude. Their shirts are extremely misleading, they don't actually want to talk to you about shoes or even help you. There was only one nice lady here and the rest of them all had attitudes towards me and my family. I really don't recommend it. It's a very unorganized in here and there's shoes in boxes that don't match the sizes, when I asked for the manager's name, she told me I can go up to her personally and ask, even though they all wear name tags, when asking about oofoos I was told they were all unisex, which is so far from the truth. If you guys are shoe experts, you would know that they have female shoes by that brand, when I expressed that she told me I was being "snappy" my mother was appalled because I wasn't being snappy, but rather expressive with my hand movement as that's how I talk, honestly, they're committed to misunderstanding you here and are very rude and unorganized 10 out of 10 do not recommend, there is a reason their stars are so low, if that wasn’t enough it was escalated when I asked the manager for the HR number, she told me that she filed an incident report against me, and that I can get the HR number on the back of my receipt, but I never bought a pair of shoes so when I asked for it again, she asked me to leave the store, it honestly got out of hand so quick, and I am truly appalled that they treat people like that.
