- JGJanai GonzalezFeb 24, 20261.0I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Windsor location. I returned a couple of tops that didn’t fit, and the staff was extremely hostile and unwelcoming. They gave me two ripped $20 bills for my cash refund, and when I went back inside to address it, they had an even worse attitude — no eye contact, no apology, just dismissive behavior. I left feeling uncomfortable and shocked. I used to work at Windsor and have never seen customer service handled this poorly. Really disappointing.
