  Absolutely gorgeous! Thanks to Andrew Owen to fulfilled my jewelry collection. He is very professional, well communicate and so patient with me. I am from Florida and I ordered through the phone from him. Everything is so smooth and perfect.

  Andrew was absolutely wonderful to work with. I originally stopped by without an appointment, and he still took the time to help me that same day and made the entire experience feel so comfortable and easy. He was incredibly personable, kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in. I ended up making a purchase with him and had such a positive experience that I passed his information along to my husband for future purchases as well. My husband contacted him for my birthday. Andrew was quick to assist him, kept him updated throughout the process, and was just as helpful and attentive the entire time. Truly such a great experience. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients, loves the brand and takes pride in what he does. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit this location. We are excited to continue working with him 🫶🏻

  Bought something on my wishlist from this boutique last year. The sales associate was not very welcoming. I was also interested in the holiday pendant and I know that’s a limited edition piece. But despite asking the sales associate a couple of times about it I was told the boutique had not received it. I saw a few folks unbox theirs on social media. At least don’t lie about it if you don’t want to sell it to me. Needless to say I will not be shopping here anymore. Cartier offers me much better service and I love my SA there. At least she doesn’t lie to me.
