  Andrew was absolutely wonderful to work with. I originally stopped by without an appointment, and he still took the time to help me that same day and made the entire experience feel so comfortable and easy. He was incredibly personable, kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in. I ended up making a purchase with him and had such a positive experience that I passed his information along to my husband for future purchases as well. My husband contacted him for my birthday. Andrew was quick to assist him, kept him updated throughout the process, and was just as helpful and attentive the entire time. Truly such a great experience. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients, loves the brand and takes pride in what he does. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit this location. We are excited to continue working with him 🫶🏻

  Horrible customer service. They made us join a waitlist and wait outside. Then they said their associate went on a break and would be back in 30 minutes. We waited 45 minutes and he still wasn’t back. It felt like they don’t care about customers at all.

  Kristen is beyond amazing. The staff is kind, warm & welcoming. Def the best Van Cleef store around ❤️❤️❤️❤️
