- MMM MJul 24, 20261.0They never answer the phone. The store's selection of short-sleeve shirts is terrible. Their polo shirts do not feature ribbed collars. Good luck dealing with online customer service.

To make matters worse the customer support team has been "missing in in-action". Calls go unanswered, Live Chats end as soon as a question like " what's happening with our order" is asked. My guess is senior management is either not engaged or busy on the golf course. Very sad.
