- AAAthena AnguianoOct 6, 20261.0I used to really enjoy shopping at Tiffany & Co Scottsdale Fashion square but the customer service has really gone downhill in the last few years. I really want a specific piece of jewelry but I don’t want to give any of the recent sales associates who have helped me the commission. I really hope they get back to what the service used to be so that I don’t feel like I’m an inconvenience every time I go in to clean my jewelry.

The staff were so informative and kept my in the loop the entire time. I received my notification that the jewelry was ready for pickup and from the moment I entered the store to the moment I left, the staff made me feel as if I was home. So courteous, kind, helpful, respectful, there to assist in anyway they could. I will always be a customer of Tiffany and Co and will forever recommend their items.

- KMKristen MorrisJun 23, 20261.0Since the remodel of the Scottsdale mall location, customer service has taken a serious hit. Before the remodel, I could walk in and drop off pieces for cleaning. In and out in 5 minutes, and it was free of charge. Now, you need an appointment and it’s $25 a piece to clean. I walked into the store today, expecting to drop off 5 pieces for cleaning and not knowing about this new policy. Despite me being the only person in the store and 3 people standing around at the counter working, they “did not have appointments” available. The convenience and historically solid customer service has been taken away. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on!
