  This my second and last visit to this store. This time I wandered around the preowned section for about 10min and not a single sales person appeared me to help. The last time I was in this store, I was in the new Rolex AD section and as soon as I asked about availability of their stainless steel tool watches, I felt like I was herded quickly to the preowned section (even though I was wearing my Blusey Submariner). It felt like I was good enough to be showing their new watches. Unfortunately, my experience across the country at about 15 Rolex ADs has been similar - so arrogant and like they were doing me a favor to show me some new Rolex’s.

  Worked with Adrianna Guerra, and her service was exceptional. Walked in not knowing what I wanted but had a price range of $2,000-$2,500 and she found the perfect watch for me. Strongly recommend this company and Adrianna. Great explanations about each watch I tried on, and was patient with me. Also brought out espresso and broke down the warranty that was covered with the purchase of my new Longines. 👏👏👏

  I first walked into the Scottsdale location for the 1916 company a few months ago, and met Sarah Bayou by fortunate happenstance. Over our subsequent contacts, Sarah has become my go-to representative for this company. She is always engaged, professional, and pleasant when listening to my current search and journey for the next timepiece. I recently contacted Sarah about a unique Tudor Pelagos variant, having found these watches are not readily available at most ADs. Sarah recorded my interest and let me know the Scottsdale location also did not have inventory. However, she leveraged the network of 1916-affiliated stores and located a unit in-stock at a sister location within a week. We quickly arranged payment, and Sarah had the piece FedEx’d in before my next travel date. I wholeheartedly recommend Sarah and this location for your jewelry and horology needs!

  Where can I start, 1916 is a fantastic place to buy watches. We went in and were greeted by Sarah Bayou. From the start she was knowledgeable and low pressure. She has quite the watch knowledge! She helped me allocate my wedding watch which is arguably one of my most important purchases. She put extra care into working with us and we couldn't be happier with the purchase. Not only will I be going back to purchase more watches as she will now be my preferred watch dealer rep, but I will be telling my friends and family to work with her as well. I believe she is an asset to 1916 company. Thank you Sarah and 1916!!
