- TCTeenie Coovert2 days ago5.0We consistently buy our glasses at the Scottsdale Quarter location but we found ourselves out of state and bought a new pair. Lesson learned on the protection plan. They were Costa’s which are hands down the most clear, reliable and bullet proof glasses for the outdoor enthusiast. Oddly enough, there happened to be a crack in this one. We got back to AZ and went to our store and got a new pair with warranty protection. It’s something Venus has instilled in us for every purchase. A year from purchase if anything is wrong you can get a new pair for a minimal amount. It’s something worth it! Especially for those who live in sunny states wearing glasses all the time. Venus is why we will continue to buy at this store. Professional, problem solver and genuinely cares about her customers. Understands repeat business. In retail that’s a gem!
