  Excellent experience! This was my 2nd time visiting the shop and I haven't been here in exact one year and the lovely lady recognized me from last year... I was stunned. It was astonishing to see that people remember their customers, even if they are international (I was from Germany). The competence is exceptional and the atmosphere is unique and pleasant. Definitely recommended to come and visit, and I was also able to find the sunglasses that would fit my needs.

  I will NEVER come back to any of your stores, based exclusively on experiences with the incompetent managers at this store. I have purchased six or seven pairs of sunglasses from this store - never again. I ordered a replacement set of arms for a discontinued pair of Ray-bans, I did not mind waiting a month for the parts to come in, and it was explained to me that it would take some time. However, after receiving a voicemail that the parts had arrived, I had to visit the store three separate times before one of the employees could be bothered to use a tiny screwdriver to figure out how to actually replace them.... One employee actually told me "I don't do this; you need to come back when a manager is here." absolutely ridiculous. When I finally found one of your employees who could manage to unscrew a set of small screws, she then informed me that the nose pads they were going replace needed to be special ordered, I was frustrated, but willing to go along with it. However, a couple minutes later she states "yeah, we don't stock these nose pads, and someone should have told you to order them...." I appreciate that your employees make minimum wage and aren't paid to think, but do you think that some exec in HR could help regional leaders craft scripts for your employees, so you don't make them look like idiots intentionally and don't waste anyone else's time for three months for a $20 part.

  I visited this store to buy a pair of glasses and the employee in charge Savina, was too derogatory to me and my family, she treated me in a way that was too racist and without kindness, I still made my purchase. They should give the same treatment to all customers in the end we are consumers
