  I’m sad to share the experience I’ve had at this location. I dropped my ring off on July 21st for its yearly inspection, as well as to have my rings soldered together and resized. On July 28th, I received a call letting me know that my ring had arrived back at the store, but unfortunately, it had not been resized. I was told that the size I requested was never written down, so I had to return to the store to have my finger measured again. They sent the ring back out for resizing and told me they would try to get it done as soon as possible, but I was never given an estimated completion date. After still receiving no updates, I called the store myself and was told that my ring will not be ready until August 12th. That means I will have been without my ring for over three weeks, with very little communication throughout the process. I understand that mistakes happen and repairs can take time, but wedding and engagement rings are both expensive and incredibly sentimental. When you’re trusting a store with something that valuable, you expect a certain level of care, communication, and attention to detail. What makes this experience especially disappointing is that my husband and I had our anniversary photos taken this week, and because of the additional delay, I had to take them without my wedding rings. Obviously, I can’t go back and redo that moment, which makes the mistake even more upsetting. I wish there had been more communication and urgency, especially considering the additional delay was caused by an error in the original request. I’m really disappointed that something as special and sentimental as my wedding rings was handled this way. I’ve always had a good experience at this location but after this, I think I’m going to take my rings to a different location in the future.
