- WJWendy J1 day ago1.0Came in because the button on a top I bought a few weeks ago snapped off. Sales associate was not helpful and sent me home saying I need to contact customer service. On the website under Quality Guarantee, it says I can come into the store. I left with a broken top and no solutions other than reaching out to customer service (which is only open M-F)

I had to pay the return shipping fee, I received an email on 12/24/25 stating that my returned item was received and that I would receive a refund in 7 business days. It’s been almost 3 weeks so I called, texted and emailed only to be told they’re still working on it…Very disappointing customer service!
