  Unfortunately as long as I’ve been a Nordstrom card holder, the bank TB is making this entire experience horrible, I have tried my hardest to express that their online banking system is impossible to access. I asked them to revert an 40 dollar late fee, on a credit card with a 336.00 dollar balance. And they refuse to assist me. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have maintained a fully paid off balance in the past. I honestly would never recommend my younger friends and family to ever open to an account with Nordstrom. It’s robbery in the financial industry.

  Great location in a the beautiful Scottsdale fashion center Nick in the Women's shoe dept is wonderful and knows Women's(and mens) shoe's inside and out

  Nordstrom uses security guards that wear axon cameras and axon doesn't care about your data. Loss officers push this. No privacy inside Nordstrom

  Was looking at skincare and a sales associate just arruptly came up to me and started bringing up my skin flaws very rudely and told me to buy it. I was appalled. Not even a hello, or nothing. They need to train people how to talk and treat customers with more respect

  Tony at Nordstrom provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I originally came in to buy cologne, but I also had some returns I needed to make. I jokingly said, “Wish me luck,” because I’ve been having a rough time with returns lately. Without hesitation, Tony took it upon himself to handle everything. He didn’t have to. He could have easily pointed me to someone else and gone about his day, but instead he made sure I was completely taken care of. What stood out most was that he wasn’t doing it because I asked or because he expected anything in return. He simply saw an opportunity to help and went the extra mile. He turned what I expected to be an uncomfortable experience into one that was easy and stress-free. Employees like Tony are the reason people come back. Thank you for treating me like I genuinely mattered. Nordstrom is lucky to have someone who cares that much about the customer experience.
