  I always get the best service and this time was no different, however she forgot to give me my free product that I should have gotten for the amount of money I spent in there so that was disappointing, yeah I could have said hey we’re is my free “thing’ that I should have gotten, but I wasn’t going to hold up the line… anyway this was the first time that has ever happened.

  Have an issue. Not with any of the staff. Every one that's helped me is great. Great customer service so much so that I just trust the web site and never look at the product when I go pick it up. My fault. Here's what happened the last time...I purchased a half ounce of "Flavors Cherry Lemon Lime" flower. I always do online orders. So online, the product showed 28.39% THC. When I got home it was actually 25.51% THC. Not only that the freakin Harvest date was 12/20/25!!! 6 months old. As we all know, THC loses about 2% a month...this time 6 months is 12%...take that away from the 25.52% and I ended up with 13% THC weed. Man, talk about false advertising. Is there a way I can see online when the harvest date was? If not, you should add it.
